How Refunds Are Issued 

When returning an item please contact customer service at (956) 631-5002. 


Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • If you return items in original condition past the return window*  You'll Receive 80% of the item's price 
  • If you return hardware, accessories, printers or Peripherals that were opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) You'll Receive 50% of the item's price 
  • If you return items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to Restauranmanager.com error. You'll Receive Up to 50% of the item's price 
  • If you return open software for reasons not due to RestaurantManager.com error. You'll Receive   0% of he item's price.

* For most items the return window is 15 days after purchasing date.
